The Data Subject is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of all Personal Data provided.

Purposes of Processing

The Personal Data collected by Mirow will be used for the following purposes: (i) assessing Data Subjects' data as candidates for Mirow's recruitment processes; (ii) communicating with Data Subjects, as necessary; (iii) analyzing companies' customer experience, when using the Mirow CX Index; and (iv) complying with applicable laws/regulations. Mirow may also be required to provide or disclose Personal Data stored by it, in whole or in part, to respond to or comply with orders issued by competent authorities, or to investigate and/or take measures against suspected or actual violations of this Privacy Policy or applicable legislation. In such cases, Mirow will provide only the minimum necessary information.

Storage and Duration

Mirow, headquartered in Brazil, stores Personal Data exclusively on its servers and/or on servers of external cloud service providers located in Brazil. Mirow and its suppliers handle Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other applicable data protection laws. When Mirow no longer needs to process Personal Data under this Privacy Policy or upon specific request by the Data Subject for deletion, Mirow will delete and/or anonymize the Personal Data, in compliance with applicable law.
